This portion of the Sepher HaZohar on the Torah, Shelach, is perhaps one of the most profound and beautiful in these writings. " The women on the eves of Sabbaths and festivals all come to Miriam to gain knowledge of the Sovereign of the universe." Zohar III163a. From this passage on we have a descriptive vision of the Hechalot/the sanctuaries of beings. " In the inner sanctuaries of the holy Matriarchs that were not given to be divulged, and nobody ever saw them...Every night they get together....The sanctuaries of the four Matriarchs are referred to as the sanctuaries of trusting daughters and I did not have enough merit to observe them."Zohar III167b. The portion of Zohar begins with homilies about the Etz Chaiim/Tree of Life in the true holy land. As we are now entering this holy land in the walk of priestly peoples worldwide there is a lot of depth in these writings for us to understand and lighten our walk. The ten depths that encompass our creation are finding a balance in this sacred Earthflower of the depths, Shoshanat Haomakim. The smell of the roses brings the sages in this portion of Zohar into the experience of the palaces and academies.
Shabbat Shalom!
