Turtle Talks Torah with the Tenth Red Heifer made all white/purified

The birth of the first ever all white female bison heifer in August of 1994 meant we had entered the period of time that Jews call the geulah- the redemptive epoch. For Native American peoples it was a sign that the divine being called White Bison Calf Woman was bringing us into a new epoch as she had promised. She is identical with who Jews call the Shechinah- the female presence of the divine on Earth, the one who brings in the Sabbath. She is also called the Etz Chaiim-the Tree of Life. This was the beginning of a forty year process into a world of Peace. Jews discuss these summer weeks about the worship of a golden calf mentioned in Torah. Also how the difficult rite of the red heifer was a kippurah/atonement for the worship of the idol. They also discuss how even Solomon claimed to not understand the red heifer rite- that it did purify but those producing it were themselves made "impure". Even Solomon did not understand that a global migration of peoples was a part of the test. To move beyond racism and tribal hatred. That a prayerful beautiful people on the other side of the Earth also had an experience of the divine One coming here and teaching them how to live a wholesome kind life which includes welcoming the stranger and breaking bread with them. The White Bison calf named "Miracle" was the TENTH RED HEIFER- purified of the red tinge of judgment and made all white. There is no more need for animal sacrifices. Or of breeding cows to be born all red so they may be killed and used in the rite. Kindness and acceptance between peoples is what we need. The reason why the making of the red heifer caused impurity is just a hint at how all the world's religions and their rites produce a continual "golden calf" so to speak. This is where people start worshiping their own religion, culture and religious "form" and mistake that for the true worship of the One Source of love.They mistake the vehicle for the destination.Religion is a vehicle to bring us into closeness with the holiness and Source of life. May today and this Sabbath bring us closer to this understanding.
